Ms. Blair was helpful in providing suggestions that ensured the sale of the house and in making the process as smooth as possible. The house closed just over two months after the contract with Compass was signed. I was happy with the terms of sale that Ms Blair negotiated. She was particularly helpful in identifying trustworthy sources for some work I needed to have done, and helped ensure that the work was done quickly to allow us to stay within a short window for closing.

T&C was amazing from start to finish! She didn’t rush us, worked with us with showings, answered all of our questions, and if she didn’t know, she made sure to find out for us! She is great, has such a bubbly personality, and will keep you laughing. The house buying process is a lot and can be super stressful, but she kicked ass and got it all taken care of!
